Courier delivery

We want to make sure your delivery will be as convenient as possible. Your order will be delivered by 2 employees who will take care of:

• Bring it to your apartment
• Unpacking the furniture
• Taking away the packaging

Thinking of buying a new sofa, armchair or chair, but don't know what to do with your old furniture? For any new sofa purchase with delivery, Maison Héritage offers pickup of the used furniture (pickup occurs only after the new sofa is delivered, on a “one-collected item for one delivered” basis). Used sofas only with dimensions comparable to those ordered are subject to the pickup service. Items must be disassembled by the customer and prepared for pickup by the carrier. If you have chosen home delivery, the old sofa will be picked up from in front of the house. To arrange pickup of the old sofa, please indicate this when ordering. The service is free of charge and guarantees recycling and/or valuation of your sofa by Eco-mobilier.
